Sea Turtle Protection Project

Our Sea Turtle Project aims to address threats to sea turtles along the coast. Our projects works hard to identify and erase threats posed to sea turtles and their habitats. Working to raise awareness, rehabilitate/rescue injured turtles and engage the community in conservation efforts. Together, we can make a real difference in protecting this amazing species.

Cheetah

Cheetah Conservation Project

At the project in South Africa, we take in cheetahs that have been rescued, injured, or orphaned. We nurture them back to health and provide them with a spacious and safe environment where they can thrive. We also have an ethically responsible breeding program to maintain genetic diversity in the cheetah population. Our primary objective is to release these majestic predators back into the wild where they belong.

Mountain Gorilla Project

We are passionate about protecting the critically endangered mountain gorilla located in the Democratic Republic of Congo. These beautiful animals are threatened by poachers and habitat loss, and there are less than 1,200 in the world. By working together with conservation organizations, we aim to ensure a secure future for these remarkable animals. Join us in our mission to protect the mountain gorillas.

Jaguar Conservation Project

At Hands-On Conservation, we are on a mission to preserve the majestic jaguars of South America, whose population has been decreasing due to habitat fragmentation and overhunting. We work with local communities to develop sustainable conservation practices and protect the habitats of jaguars. Sheltering rescued jaguars and rewilding them to be released is the ultimate goal for this project.

Wolverine Conservation Project

We are dedicated to preserving the wolverine population of Canada. Wolverines are a critical indicator of a healthy ecosystem, and we believe it is our responsibility to protect them. Unfortunately, climate change and habitat fragmentation have put these magnificent creatures at risk. Our team is committed to creating sustainable habitats and secure the future of this important species.
